We've engineered a rugged, simple, common sense design for easy installations with minimal clearances in your existing rail docks and current offloading fixtures.

⚙The system features a pneumatically operated coupler plate lifted to seal onto the outlet of the hopper gate. When engaged, offloading spills, troublesome dust, product contamination and wind loss are completely eliminated while the safety and health of your offload technicians is enhanced and protected - especially when heavy dust conditions are a worrisome concern when offloading.

⚙When extended, the QuickLift System engages the lower hopper gate with a positive seal, and the heavy-duty, flexible containment boot expands to enclose and encapsulate the offloading product flow. A manually operated lever at the system's control station provides for easy operation.

⚙When retracted, the QuickLift System allows for the usual unrestricted movement of railcars and trailers at your facility. The control pedestal for the system can be fabricated to meet the requirements of your offloading layout and we’re happy to provide options to suite your particular operational requirements.
