We've engineered an incredibly strong, extraordinarily rugged, exquisitely simple, common sense design for easy installations with minimal clearances in your existing rail docks and current offloading fixtures.

⚙Vibrating the Rail Car during onloads ensures the greatest volume of available space is utilized within the interior of the container. Filling your containers to their greatest carrying capacity is accomplished through reductions in "peaking" along with "de-aeration" and "settling" of the loaded materials. Ensuring each and every one of your rail car containers is completely full means reduced cost in freight as fewer cars are required to haul the same volume of material.

⚙Vibrating the Rail Car during offloads will eliminate "bridging" while improving the flow characteristics of semi-free flowing material, thus decreasing offload time while increasing overall operational efficiencies. Whether loading or unloading, vibrating the container while doing so will dramatically impact the effectiveness of moving material in your rail car operations.

⚙Safety for your material handling technicians will dramatically improve as there will no longer be the need for them to enter rail car containers to physically move or scrape stuck-on product from walls or remedy stubborn material "bridges" spanning over hopper gates or in tight corners.
